Yesterday, I called up Jenny Craig. After the phone consultation, I ordered food for 30 days. It’s going to arrive Tuesday, so Wednesday will be my official first day of Jenny Craig.
There aren’t a lot of vegetarian options, but I think it will be okay anyway.
After ordering the food, I went to the movies and had fried food and two glasses of wine. Now that I’ve gotten that out of my system I can focus on getting started.
Today, I’m going to begin my old faithful “Smart Girls Do Dumbbells” workout. I’m also going to use my Wii Fit. I think I’ll do some Wii Fit running and yoga for starters.
Doing this during the holidays may not be the best option, but I can make it work. I don’t like being like everybody else and starting the new year with weight loss resolutions. Those never work. Starting at a more difficult time shows commitment and determination.
I think Jenny Craig will fit my lifestyle well because I don’t cook at all. I need a plan in which I don’t have to think much about what I’m going to eat, I don’t have to cook, and I can take it to work and pop it in the microwave.
I’m going to graduate again next September, and I won’t look the same this time when I’m receiving my diploma.
